We like to give back to the community in a variety of ways throughout the year. However, a couple organizations that are near and dear to our hearts are the staple of our community service here at Burger Law. We support the following charities and initiatives with both our time and resources:

Legal Services of Eastern Missouri

We are inspired by LSEM’s mission to provide high quality civil legal assistance to low-income people in eastern Missouri. In addition to Gary’s work on the LSEM Board of Directors, our attorneys also take on pro bono cases through LSEM to help with a variety of legal issues – domestic violence, landlord/tenant disputes, and educational barriers for children with special needs.

Volunteer Lawyers and Accountants for the Arts

The St. Louis VLAA provides free legal assistance for arts-related problems to low-income artists located in Missouri and southwestern Illinois. We are happy to support the good work of the organization through our time and donations. Gary is a longtime volunteer at VLAA.
