$32,500 Worker’s Compensation Settlement for Back and Foot Injury
We represented Jonathan P. when he was injured twice on the job at Autozone. In one incident, he was carrying a heavy box of rotors to a delivery car and injured his back. In another injury, some wires were draped across a walkway and he tripped and fell. He dislocated his ankle.
Jonathan’s X-rays showed bulging discs in his back. We demanded medical treatment from his employer, and he received therapy for his back. We also demanded treatment for his ankle, and he received excellent treatment for that as well.
Luckily for Jonathan, he has been recovering well from his injuries and is again working full time. After several rounds of negotiation, his employer’s top offer was only $25,000. However, we fought hard and were able to settle Jonathan’s case for $32,500.
